Will Murray finally end the UK's grand slam drought?

The Brits are holding their collective breaths. Their great Scottish hope Andy Murray has advanced to the finals of the Australian Open. He will be squaring off against the winner of Roger Federer and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga - of course, Federer is the favorite. Murray and Federer also have a history. The Scot has a 6-4 advantage in career match-ups, but the Swede has come up victorious in their last two bouts, including a crushing defeat of Murray in the 2008 US Open Final.

Murray will try to shed the ghost of Fred Perry who was the last Brit to win a major event...in 1936. It is becoming a building mount of pressure for the nation that invented the sport, and Murray has taken the brunt of it in the past few years.

Can he finally break through for a grand slam win? How will he have to do it?
